    Default SpamBlocker no longer quarantining

    Hi all,

I noticed about a week ago that I started getting a larger number of [SPAM] marked emails in our users inboxes. I have configured SpamBlocker to quarantine all messages with a score of 4.3 or higher, not to mark them. It looks like around this same time it completely stopped places messages into quarantine. There are not many options in spam blocker for me to be looking at so I'm a bit lost as to what could be going on. Thanks in advance for the help!

Are the emails scanned, check the event logs? They could be TLS SMTP connections which is not scanned unless SSL Inspector is use.

Emails are definitely being scanned, it just looks like nothing is being quarantined. They are either being Marked or Dropped.

    Did you modify any settings?
Did you change "quarantinable addresses" or the settings in spam blocker?

It also will not under any circumstances quarantine outbound (WAN-bound) emails. I would verify that your Untangle is not plugged in backwards if it is in bridge mode.

Absolutely nothing has been changed in settings. All the emails are indeed inbound. Our Untangle has been working perfectly for years up until this.
