    Default greylisting

    We receive a lot of spam. Per the advice of a very helpful Untangle support person, I turned on greylisting and it calmed down our spam issue. When greylisting is turned on, some email takes many hours to come through. I know it is a function of the sender's email server being configured to not retry quickly enough. Anyone else run into this issue? Our CEO wants email to come in timely, but also doesn't want spam.

    Yeah... thats just how greylisting works.
    If you don't want the delay I would turn it off.

    However, greylisting adds a delay to all legitimate email. This settings is not suggested for most sites because of the complications.
