    An update on this.

    There is a setting in the UVM in 8.1 that controls tcp_window_scaling.
    Thats probably why you're seeing it get set back periodically. If you jsut changed it on the system but not in the settings whenever the settings get enforced it will revert back.

    In 9.0 all the networking handling was removed from the UVM so this no longer happens any way. Once you set tcp_window_scaling it will stay to whatever you set it to.
