Default Back End Script to Restart Tunnel VPN

I'm trying to setup a cron job to restart the tunnel every day. I would like the command line equivalent to the on/off button in the web gui. Is this possible?

Not supported but ucli stop <app-ID> and then ucli start <app-id>. Get the app-id from ucli instances.

Or you could use ssh to reboot it.

To possibly help others, I'm doing this as ExpressVPN seems to lock up every few days. The connection shows active but the traffic seems to stop flowing. When I reset the tunnel, things are back to normal. I suspect this has more to do with ExpressVPN than my firewall, where it might be the Netflix equivalent to "are you still watching" to save their bandwidth. With a cronjob, I can reset at a convenient time when no one is using the network. There may be deeper vendor tunnel config settings I could adjust that would maybe correct this behavior but that is over my head at the moment.
