Virus from Microsoft?

this is a Microsoft Fix for excel, can anyone tell me why this is a Virus?

Symantec or Malwarebytes doesn't find anything wrong with that file.
What program said it was a virus?

Untangles Virus Blocker tell me this is a Virus and i cant download it...

Try downloading it on a different PC - I'm using the paid virus app on UT and it doesn't have a problem with it here.

I'm pretty sure that was a joke... Anyway, Clam detects this as "W32.Virut.Gen.D-163". I'll try to get request submitted to them, tonight or tomorrow, to have this reviewed.
