Support looked into it and forced the current signatures to re-download for spam blocker and that was the fix.

Enable Remote support on your box and create a support ticket.

And the will help you resolve the issue.
With the latest build it reinitializes the spamassassin sigs on upgrade.
You may just try upgrading and see if that helps.
The path forward is the same on both counts, contact support and either give them access to regenerate the signatures, or ask to be put in the priority upgrade queue.
