    Support looked into it and forced the current signatures to re-download for spam blocker and that was the fix.

    We have the same problem. How can we fix it? (Or how to re-download the current signatures for spam blocker)?

    With the latest build it reinitializes the spamassassin sigs on upgrade.
    You may just try upgrading and see if that helps.

    Thank You for Your advice. Right now our system can’t find any upgrade available. So I can’t start an upgrade. Is there some way to reinitialize spamassassin sigs manually by my self?

    The path forward is the same on both counts, contact support and either give them access to regenerate the signatures, or ask to be put in the priority upgrade queue.
