Latest Upgrade Broke WAN Balancer

Just upgraded to the latest build (Build: 10.1.0~svn20140211r37166release10.1-1squeeze). WAN Balancer no longer seems to work, all traffic is going out my External Interface. This interface is set to 0% in WAN balancer, all other interfaces have a weight of 25% and arn't being utilized at all. I can add a rule to force the traffic out a specific WAN but the balancing part seems to be broke. Has anyone run into this yet?

I changed one of my DNS servers which restarted networking and WAN balancer started working again.
