Unhappy WAN Balancer Not working properly

I am currently using NG Firewall 12.0.0 and it was pretty great till i had to configure multiple WAN interfaces. I have currently configured it with three PPPoE interfaces, the thing is that when i restart the server only one of the PPPoE interface is used. Then i have to manually set its priority to 0 for the other interfaces to share the bandwidth, the other two interfaces balance the load just fine but now the first one is not being used.

Is anyone else facing the same issue?

    Are they on separate networks?

Are you talking about the LAN network?

They are dynamic IPs, everytime i dial the connection they are changed? How does it affects the working of the WAN Balancer?

The network range for each WAN must not be overlapping. Are you using the same ISP for all WANs?

Yeah! i am using the same ISP but the two interfaces are working fine even though they might be from the same network. But still that doesn't sound right, the ISP is assigning the IPs randomly with the subnet of /32 how can they be from same network?

Is that a restriction in Untangle? Can you share any relevant document where it is mentioned.

Do you have WAN Failover installed?

I have installed the WAN Failover but still the WAN Balancer wasn't working properly so i had to disable it. I just need to balance the load on all the WANs. Moreover, there is another unusual behavior that when the server restarts it only uses the eth0 interface configured for PPPoE even though the other two interfaces are up and connected.
