    Default Default WAN interface

Is there a way to set the default WAN interface?

I have two WAN intefaces(primary and secondary) I would like primary to be the main wan interface, and secondary to only activate when primary is down. When primary is restored I want it to switch back to primary.

The reason for this is because the secondary is a much smaller pipe and the cost is driven by data usage.

Currently when both wans are active it defaults to the secondary interface.

Isn’t the setting in the WAN failover app?

Use WAN Balance with the default interface set to weight 100 and the other set to zero.

One note is WAN Failover is also needed since Untangle needs to know when a WAN goes down to send all traffic out the other.
