Default WAN Failover still using 2nd WAN

Just setup a cellular link as secondary WAN for failover. All seems well and tested by simulating a failure on the primary WAN (unplugged cable modem). I then plugged the cable modem back in and everything went back to the primary WAN.

However, I am still seeing traffic on the secondary WAN from the dashboard. WAN Balancer is disabled. I understand UT is constantly pinging both WANs, but this does not look like ping traffic to me. Even in Sessions, I see a few devices still using the secondary WAN interface. I'm a little concerned as this is simply a cellular link with limited data plan. Is this normal?

Balancer should not be disabled, it should be enabled with the cellular link set to 0%.

Untangle will use a 0% link when the other links are down!

Thank you, looks like that worked.
