Default WAN Failover - Can't Reach Testing IP Address

    Hello all,

I have configured two WAN circuits from different ISP's (One connected to External Interface and the second one to Interface Delta [physical port #3 at UT appliance]) and both are properly working (at the Dashboard I see traffic over the two circuits). At WAN Balancer I have allocated 20% of Internet Traffic over External Interface and 80% of Internet Traffic over Interface Delta.

The issue comes when at WAN Failover App I try to define Tests to each Interface. No matter what Interface I try to set the test (pinging 8.8.8.8 from Google, also have tried to ping different DNS services from each ISP) but I receive the following Message:
ping: SO_BINDTODEVICE: No such device Unable to ping '8.8.8.8' (or the choosen IP address for testing)

I have also tried to Generate Suggestions for IP Address for testing, at this point Untangle shows an Exception message saying:
"Name: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to determine pingable hosts. (490)
Message: Unable to determine pingable hosts.

At this point I'm lost trying to fix this issue to configure the Failover service.

Can you please help me providing some light to fix this issue?

Thank you in advance for your valuable help.

    Regards,
