    No one asked for my opinion, but at my house, I add the IP address that DHCP assigned to the entertainment devices to the static DHCP lease list, and bypass them. If somebody want's to pwn them, have at it.

    OK added the static dhcp entry, where do I add the bypass?

    tried everywhere I can see but TV still cannot connect

    I would suggest either:

    1. Add a new rack without web cache and use policy manager to direct traffic from the TV to this new rack.

    Or

    2. Bypass the TV entirely from the filtering by adding the TV IP address to Config -> Network -> Advanced -> Bypass.

    I`m going for option 2 but couldn`t get it to work.

    I had the bypass in for stuff coming in to the TV, the TV being the destination, what I actually needed was the the bypass in place for stuff going out from the TV, the TV being the source.

    Once captain dumbass had it the right way round, it works!

    I worry myself sometimes.
