How to block Twitter porn

Does anyone know how one might block Twitter porn? I realize Twitter uses SSL and UT cannot begin to identify such, but short of individually blocking the thousands, if not millions of pornographic Tweeters (impossible), has anyone tried to address this issue?

This must be either a very difficult question or just cannot be achieved without blocking Twitter completely?

Considering Twitter is sending these from the same IP range as non-porn, it will require a image scanning application to identify the images. I've only seen that on high dollar ($60K + $25K/yr) compliance network filters.
