    Default Web Filte Rules

Does anybody tried using Web Filter > Rules
    Condition :
    Source Address : 192.168.254.xxx
    HTTP URL : https://www.youtube.com/
    Destination Interface : Any WAN
Web Filter Category : Streaming & Downloadable Video

    Actions :
    Flag : uncheck
    Block : uncheck

Web Filter Category : Social Media and Streaming is blocked.

Correct me if im wrong, this should allow 192.168.254.xxx to access youtube.com, right?

Is "Source Address : 192.168.254.xxx" literally what is in the field? Also the more conditions, the more chance of not matching.

Take into consideration that youtube is blocked under the category..
But rules should allow flexible block and pass conditions, right?

I would remove the last condition as it is redundant. Also youtube uses multiple domains so look at the event log to see why the block page is shown.

In 13.0 a rule that has neither flag or blocked checked does nothing.
In 13.1 the checkbox is actually a combobox where you choose block/pass.

So i would just check flag.

Also, I would also remove all those extra conditions. More conditions make things less likely to match definitionally.

Apparently, there is no available upgrade on my server.

Edit: I see 13.1 still in beta.
you have timeline as to when 13.1 will be release?

Just check the box to flag the traffic.

But, again, www.youtube.com is a very small part of the full YouTube web site. You can see a LOT of video and never even touch www.youtube.com.
