    Default Web Filter Blocking iCloud

Web Filter is blocking iCloud Apple ID. I have reset Untangle a couple of times to default and added no custom conditions. I cleared the cache.

It is not a big inconvenience and something I cannot control on my end. When I search the forum, I see others have had this same issue involving iCloud (and Google).

Go to Reports to see what is blocking iCloud. It could be Application Control.

I checked Application Control reporting and it is not that, thanks. What is interesting is that I have over the last hour gone into iCloud on a couple of different devices and there has been no notification. However I did see in the Web Filter reports 4 occurrences of the previously report d blocking that were not iCloud and the notifications I did get only identified iCloud.
All seems to be functioning correctly now. Thanks very much!

Web filter started blocking one drive as well. Just put the url in “pass sites” to let it through. I had to do this so my one drive files could update.

I thought you could suggest sites be reclassified by Zvelo, but any time Iíve attempted to use that feature in NGFW 14.2, it returns a Try Again Later dialog. Doesnít ever seem to work.

Itís odd that common sites like iCloud work Iíve say but not the next, but Iíve experienced similar things. Who changes these Web Filter definitions?

As an update, the Web Filter suggestion on NGFW 14.2 still doesnít work.

However Iíve had luck going directly to the BrightCloud web site and making suggests thru Support team.

I have had to turn web filter off because it is blocking my internet provider. “ mybell.bell.ca“
I have logged mybell.bell.ca twice with BrightCloud ... nothing.
I have put in a bypass but that did not change it.
It is hard to believe that Bell is considered a phishing/fraud site!
I am using Untangle at home. I do not use many of the apps other than Web Filter. To prevent constant emails indicating the mybell.bell.ca is a phishing/fraudulent site or to prevent being blocked, I have to turn it off.
    I am disappointed.

Understandably, but Zvelo (Untangle 14.1) reports the same thing. Adding mybell.bell.ca to the pass list and starting a new browser session worked fine.

I put 2 rules into bypass (mybell.bell.ca & http://mybell.bell.ca) and I cleared my browsers. It no longer blocks the site however it sends a notification. I copied pasted some of flag email below.
