    Angry Web filter not logging traffic to URL but is blocking it still

    Untangle is getting in the way of some users access to a personalised portal we have for mimecast.

    COMPANYNAME.login-uk.mimecast.com

    Users is one particular rule get a secure connection reset or failed mesage depending on browser. No untangle bock page, and the traffic is not logged (can't find it anywhre in reports).

    If I move a user into a "FREE" policy with no restrictions in untangle, then it works fine (but still does not log the traffic).

    All of this is odd to me also considering that we have a rule on the default policy that passes the whole mimecast domain. (*mimecast.com)

    HELP! (The priority here is getting the site to work on that group, the logging is just helpful for troubleshooting).

    Try using in the passlist .login-uk.mimecast.com
