Default Web Filter is not loading Netflix content beyond 25%

    NG Firewall version 15.1.2
This past week I just started to use Web Filtering as one of my offspring just became a teenager.

Last night my wife stated that Netflix will not download any content beyond 25%.
She tried on three different devices.

Tonight we did some tests and sure enough it is the Web Filter that is creating this adverse effect.

Turn it off and Netflix downloads the content fine. Web Fiiter enabled and we cannot get more than a 25% spinning wheel.

The more confusing issue is that NONE of the categories in the Web Filter configuration is set to BLOCK only to FLAG.

    Help please!

You can try adding Netflix.com to your Pass Sites list on the Pass Sites tab.
    I hope that helps.

Try flushing web filter's cache, it's a button on Web Filter's advanced tab.

Also... this issue doesn't make a ton of sense because Untangle's modules engage during session setup, and a stream is a stream... it doesn't just stop in the middle nor is it reevaluated.

My family uses Netflix heavily and we don't have any issues with it running through Web Filter.

If you're on a Roku based TV, unplug it for a few and plug it back in. Does the issue occur on multiple devices?
