    Default users allowed to bypass filter are being filtered

    I have a set of users allowed to bypass the web filter through the Client IP Addresses, manage list and it has been working, but today, it is filtering those users. Everything looks correct, but it's not working.

    On the Block List page, for user bypass, it is set to None. I'm not sure what this user bypass does but by reading the wiki, it doesn't sound to me like I should have that set to permanent and global to allow my set of user to bypass the filter.

    When I check the block log, it's not showing that those users are blocked, but when they try to go to a blocked site, they get the untangle page saying it was blocked.

    On a different note, if we search google images, the thumbnail images are not showing up.

    I found the problem. Tech assistant had installed trial version of eSoft to test and hadn't put in subnet mask for users' bypass.

    we all blame the "Tech assistant" he is good to have just for that
