How to Block this Link

Hi, I've been seeing this url in our web filter:

http://[www.stonehoof.com:80]

I tried blocking it but still its getting through. I'm not even sure if it's valid url form.

Would appreciate if anybody can give a hint on how to block this type of url.

i think it works better in the AD BLOCKER, just try to create this rule:

or:

:80]
