Facebook & iPlayer

Hi,

I am having a problem at the moment with the two sites mentioned above. Facebook (Grrr), does not seem to be loading through UT, and streaming media through, via the BBC iPlayer, does not seem to work either. As a school the teachers like FB, and pupils & staff like iPlayer!

Has anyone any ideas as to basic trouble shooting?

I am having the same problem, if you disable URL and spyware blocking in spyware blocker the content plays in Iplayer, I have also lowered the MTU settings in advanced mode to 1472. I am using the version 5.2.1, installed today

I have managed to get iplayer to work with spyware and URL filter enabled by looking at the logs and adding these to the pass list and also by adding this domain edgefcs.net
