Default Webmonitor Reports - Changing Default Start Time

Hi, I support a school using UT and they have some serious bandwidth issues. We use the UT resources pages, especially Interface Usage and Top Hostnames (expanded from the Dashboard) to monitor bandwidth utilization.

There is a TIMEFRAME selector on the Dashboard Widget Tools, and when I change & Save it, (say specify the last 4 hours) the preview graph changes correctly, but the real dashboard still shows just the last one hour's values.

Am I missing some step here ? (I have closed and re-opened the Dashboard to no avail).

Also, is there any way to replicate this function when you enlarge the same graphs from the Dashboard ? Unfortunately, when I enlarge any graph, the reporting "FROM DATE" always defaults to the previous day, meaning that the report loses some of it's granularity when viewed over the longer period. Each time I go in and I need to reset the "FROM DATE".

    Thx in advance

Yes, we have changed this in 13.2 to pretty much as you describe.
You can select an interval (last day, last 3 hours) or a specific date range.

Many thanks. We are using 13.1.0 (I have just updated my main post), so maybe there's some work-in-progress aspects to what I have seen.
We'll schedule an update to the latest version.

One note, v13.2.0 is still in development and has not been released yet.

Great Thanks. We'll just wait for 13.2 to be released and see how things look then.

    btw, there is no "Save"

You just select the timeframe you want to see.
The default start time is 24 hours ago.
in 13.2 it will be the last 24 hours (rolling)
