Default Unknown clients in eSoft filter

I have noticed some entries popping up the eSoft filter lately where the client is listed as null:0 instead of an IP address? What does this mean?

I'm not sure but I've seen it too.

    I'll file a bug

Bug 5912 – esoft web filter null user

no update yet, but I heard someone say it may be related to https violations which are handled differently. hopefully we'll get a fix in 6.1 (if not, we'll shoot for 6.2)

I am still seeing the 'null' user and I am running 6.2. All of the logs show it trying to get to IP only addresses like http://<some IP>. Not sure what this is, can anyone comment on this.
