All of Untangle's VPN modules are routed, and not bridged. They do not support bridging, and will likely never support bridging.
None of them block any traffic by default either.
If you do not have enough control over the border routing device to forward UDP 51820 to Untangle so Wireguard can actually get traffic, I'm afraid the entire situation is dead on arrival anyway. VPN terminators do not survive a lack of control of the border.
Though I suppose if the Wireguard server was elsewhere, and you made that bridge mode Untangle a wireguard client you could get the tunnel to work... but because you lack the port forwarding, I'm also assuming you lack the routing, and without the ability to tell that edge router about the remote VPN network... nothing will use the tunnel.
You have two choices, get control of the border device, or give up.

You need roaming profile usage on the NGFW to reach out (not incoming site to site wireguard) which is not implemented yet. It is on the road map.
